A natural leader and negotiator, Miko has guided a long track record of clients towards success. With years of experience in corporate law and dealing with people from all walks of life, he has the ability to come up with unique solutions to seemingly impossible problems.
Miko, a graduate of the University of the Philippines College of Law, has been practicing law for 19 years, specializing in Commercial Law and Litigation. He is a professor of Criminal Law at the same University and is a volunteer supervising lawyer at the Office of the Legal Aid of the University of the Philippines College of Law.
As a practitioner of Commercial Law, Miko handles corporate organization and formation, foreign investment and special registration, mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring, corporate counseling, governance and compliance, banking and finance, energy and mining, and taxation. Miko also specializes in property and land-use conversion.
